Kindly give us as much detail as possible as to the nature of your problem. Also when it happens and how often it happens.

 

Add as much of the following information as you can:

  1. The sort of computer you're using (Mac/PC, desktop or laptop, age of the computer...)

  2. What operating system it's running? (Windows 98, 2000, Me, XP, Vista, Linux, etc.)

  3. The version of Windows Media Player you're using. (See under "help" and "about..." on your Player's menu)

  4. Who is your internet service provider (or "ISP"). (Comcast, Netzero, Earthlink, AOL,...)

  5. At what speed do you get internet? (Dial-up, ISDN, DSL, Cable, T1,...)

This will greatly help identify any issues and find possible solutions.
